Ear Pinning (Otoplasty) Case #11419
Before
After
A 20-year-old Caucasian male underwent bilateral ear pinning to correct protuberance resulting from an undeveloped anterior crus of the antithetical fold and an enlarged concha. The patient has had an excellent outcome, with the correction of the antithetical fold and concha resulting in a lower profile, less protuberant, yet natural-appearing ears.
