Body Case #11548
Before
After
Laxity of the vaginal canal from childbirth. Overly long vagina due to an uncorrected episiotomy incision (excessive opening on the lower side of the vagina). Short perineum (distance between the anus and the vagina too short due to excessive lower opening). Loss of volume in the labia majora.Vaginal warts. The patient is only two weeks post a vagioplasty, fat transfer to the labia majora, perineoplasty, and ablation of vaginal warts. The result is the repair of the vaginal floor, removal of excessive tissue in the perineum, shortening and tightening of the vagina, and elimination of warts, resulting in improved muscle function and aesthetics.
