25 yo female 6 weeks after labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction for prominent labia minora and trauma to the posterior commissure, perineal area. Patient complained of discomfort with clothes and during sex. Both were corrected resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing results. Patient also notes that discomfort with excessive tissue has been resolved.
